I hated to agree with him, but on that one statement I did.
We seem to allow others to do our thinking for us in this country, then complain when they don't take care of us as we believe they should.
"A little revolution to refresh the blood..." may just be that people cease following any person who talks as though they know something blindly and instead ask questions and attempt to find reality.

hugs, my friend;
randy.randyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16659230610436922709noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8458786710697760224.post-84074667629431951242011-12-04T15:41:10.951-08:002011-12-04T15:41:10.951-08:00Hi Sammy;

What was once understood as "none are worthy, so Christ came and died to make the way" has somehow evolved to "only Christians are worthy, and only those of a certain 'flavor'". I do agree with you...I think there must be a great deal of head holding, wondering how things so simple could be made so rediculous. Perhaps the best that could be said, is that no matter a person's faith, the way he or she treats others shines like no other star.
Be well, my friend.
randyrandyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16659230610436922709noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8458786710697760224.post-8251664634713608252011-12-04T07:34:59.409-08:002011-12-04T07:34:59.409-08:00Hello Randy. I find it very interesting how much the "good old days" and the "moral things of past" often don't live up to the reputation given them.

The sad thing is most people don't think, analyse what they hear or are told, they accept even the most incorrect statements as truth, and invest no time or effort in learning the truth of the matter.

You make a great point here, and I hope more of us can learn to look at things as the really are, and not as it maybe dreamed to be. As an 'outsider', as it were, I stand to be corrected, but I thought Christianity was supposed to be about love and inclusiveness, not hatred and bigotry.

Love & best wishes
Sammy BSammy Bhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11257879009293024225noreply@blogger.com
