Randy,
The Pennsylvania AGs office wants Jordan to admit to the murders if he is to have the case moved from adult court [to juvenile/family court] and Motto won't be ruling or listening to arguments on the matter until August (so it has been further delayed for no apparent reason).
What I've done is created a petition directed at the AGs office. I want to get as many signatures as possible to put pressure on them to move this case along and to refrain from doing things that violate Jordan's constitutional rights (like asking him to admit to a crime he says he did not do - it goes against his right not to self-incriminate).
Would you post a link to the petition and ask people to sign it? Also, would you mind signing it yourself? I plan to work as hard as i can to get signatures and then get this out to the AGs office before August to let them know people know what's going on and they don't like it.

Thank you again for everything,
Melissa

Thank You randy. I signed this and will post a link to your page on my site. Great Job , it takes a good soul to keep looking after these forgotten children, thanks for the update.
Hugs,
Scottie
No, thank you, Scottie!
I hope we can spread the word enough for those 1000 signatures! Did you notice that there was a place to keep your name and info from being shown? I hope that quells some uneasiness.
Great big hugs!
randy.
Just had a thought, but don't worry I will be OK after it goes away...are these leaders running for elected office or the best jokers on America's got talent?
Hugs,
Scottie
No Randy I did not hide my name. I figured this is way too important..if I can't show my name, I can't really be of help. So I join with all the others to forge a new better society. Hugs, Scottie
Ah, they'd lose. No talent. I understood that the "hide" was just in regards to others seeing it online...may be wrong here. But, glad to see you are open and charging ahead on this.
Hopefully, again, some of those who visit the blogs will also feel so moved.
hugs;

Hi Randy,
I signed, and made a post of this issue on my site, with the link of this impotant issue to your site.
I am studying the case right now.
You are doing a good job. That's what we're here for, and it's a part of my job: Protecting, respecting and educating kids! It is incredible what is about to happen with Jordan.
Hugs, michel
Thank you, Michel.
This young guy needs some saving, some people with level heads to make some good decisions.

Would you please read on milkboys:

"The Lockdown High" It's about the same topic,as you said it above.
<3 miles
Wow Miles;
That does seem a bit over the top, a bit draconian. It's got to be difficult to ask kids to be kids, to train them to be adults, and to treat them like terrorists all in the same breath. I'm becoming much happier with the times of my youth, this one is getting rough.
hugs;
randy.
Hello All. I know I am late to the party, but just had time to read the Lock down Miles was talking about. I do not support any "zero approach" to any problem. Remember we use to use our 'best Judgement" to solve any situation, not depend on a rote of unbending guidelines formed by people far removed from what is happening every day. I also do not agree with minimum sentencing guidelines for punishments, what do we have judges for if not to judge things to the best of their ability.
Hugs to all, I love that you care,
Scottie
Hi Scottie;
Zero tolerance equates with zero thought, zero compassion, and zero growth. It takes the humanity out of judgement, discernment, and it removes hope. No wonder politicians love it.
Hugs to you, Scottie!
randy.
